The Artisanal Collection
UPCOMING SHOW: November 14 - 15, 2026, PETALUMA ELKS CLUB HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIR at 2105 S. McDowell, Petaluma, CA, 10AM to 3:00PM
The Art of the Handcrafted Bake
baked by elise began with a simple philosophy: that every cookie should be a masterpiece. Based in the heart of Novato, CA, we have dedicated ourselves to the artisanal craft of baking, blending traditional techniques with unique, gourmet flavors. Our journey is one of slow fermentation and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every treat we share is as exceptional as the first.
A visual journey through our artisanal collection of unique flavors and handcrafted treats.
