Since 2025, baked by elise has been a cherished staple at festivals across the SF Bay Area. What started as a passion for artisanal baking in Novato has blossomed into a journey shared with thousands of cookie lovers. From foggy mornings in Mendocino to sunny afternoons at the Gilman District Street fair in Berkeley, every event is a highlight in our history.
December, 2025: Our Debut: Fairy Ring Farms Holiday Celebration
April, 2026: Windsor Levi's GranFondo Bicycle Race
Marked our very first appearance at a Mendocino Annual Holiday celebration, introducing our signature small-batch flavors to the community.
Joined the historic GranFondo Bicycle Criterion, sharing handmade treats with thousands of cycle enthusiasts.

May 2026: Bay Area Springfest Festival
Joined in celebrating spring in the Bay Area with music, food, beer & wine garden benefitting Sustainable Contra Costa, children's activities and exhibitors featuring arts & crafts, jewelry, art, plants, apparel and much more.
